Software is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Data recovery is not included in the warranty service and Renewd is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair. You will be responsible for re-installing all such software, data and passwords. Please contact us with your original purchase details via the website before sending it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software and data, and disable any security passwords. When a refund is given, your product becomes Renewd’s property. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Renewd’s property. A replacement part has a ninety (90) day warranty from the date of repair.
A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. If a defect exists, and Renewd is obligated under this warranty, at its option Renewd will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is Refurbished or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. This warranty is valid only in the country in which the product is purchased. Renewd warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of original retail purchase.
